PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION - ART. 13 REG. 679/16

The personal data collected on this site and any other information that can be associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in compliance with the principles established by Regulation 679/16.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER informs you that any data acquired through the website will be processed using mainly IT tools and procedures, for the following purposes:

• respond to your requests;
• maintain a database of the most frequent questions, proposals, communications;
• subscribe you to our newsletter;
• technical management of navigation (see also the "Cookie processing" section).

The provision of Registration Data is mandatory and failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible for Cosmo Tecnology s.r.l to respond to your requests. The legal basis for processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 letter B of Reg. 679/16, i.e. the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same. The legal basis for processing is also represented by letter A of paragraph 1 of art. 6 as your express consent is requested for subscribing to our newsletter.

The data you provide may be known exclusively by employees of Cosmo Tecnology s.r.l specifically authorized to process such data as persons in charge of processing, and in any case only for the purpose of completing the activities you have requested. The persons in charge are bound to secrecy and confidentiality also on the basis of specific internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties. The data you provide will be stored for the time required by laws and regulations.

The Data Controller is Cosmo Tecnology s.r.l - in the person of its legal representative, to whom you can address to exercise the rights provided for by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. The rights can also be exercised against the Data Protection Officer if the Controller has appointed one, by writing to the email address: info@comsotecnology.it

The exercise of the above rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures provided for by the aforementioned Regulation and which you must know and implement. In accordance with the provisions of article 12 paragraph 3, moreover, the Controller will provide the data subject with information relating to the action taken without undue delay and, in any case, no later than one month from receipt of the request itself. This deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The Data Controller informs the Data Subject of this extension, and the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.
